学校卒業後、地元の給食会社に就職し、栄養や食物、調理に関する知識を幅広く得てきた。ビールが好きで、飲食店で働くスキルを磨きたいという気持ちがあり、シナジーカフェに転職することを決める。
現在は神戸ハーバーランドモザイクにてクラフトビールをメインに扱うHOPSTANDのメインスタッフとして店長補佐も努めるなど日々活躍中。
座右の銘は【一期一会】。
When a customer tells me, "It was delicious," it makes me happy and gives me confidence.
When I first joined the company, I was surprised at how busy the work was on weekdays and on weekends.
定食のおかずを考えるとき、季節感を出したり 味が被らないようにする事が大変です。

I think the other employees are always thinking ahead and acting to think about what the customers want and how to make them happy. There are many things I can learn from them and it is a learning experience.
At HOPSTAND Sannomiya, we work at the counter, and when I was working there I often had the chance to talk to customers and hear their opinions directly. However, at Kobe Mosaic, the kitchen and dining area are separate, so I don't get to hear much from customers directly. Even so, I am really happy and impressed when customers make the effort to come directly to the kitchen and tell me how delicious the food was.
When you go to other Synergy Cafe chains as a customer, you can use the company discount, so it's a good deal! You can get a service!
There are times when it's hard because of the responsibility of doing things you're not used to, but it's also a rewarding job and there are many good colleagues. There's no need to worry, there are people around you who will support you.
