高校生の頃より飲食店にて調理のアルバイトを始める。そこからいろんな飲食店でホール業務を経験。高校卒業後、ペットショップで生体管理の仕事をしつつ、寿司屋で接客や調理の仕事を4年こなし、転職を決意。お客として店舗へ行ったときにビビッと感じたシナジーカフェにアルバイトで入社。明るく丁寧な働きぶりが評価され、現在は店長職とマネージャー補佐を任されている。
座右の銘は【習うより慣れろ】。
The president and all the employees get along well. It seems like a given now, but when I first joined the company, it surprised me.
Of course, I feel rewarded when customers are pleased with the food and service I provide, but I also feel particularly rewarded when I sense my subordinates growing.
It can be difficult when I am given new tasks that I am not familiar with, but the joy I feel when I feel that my own skills have improved is all the greater.
There are so many different types of employees, but they are all so much fun! When I joined the company I was a total novice, but I owe it all to the seniors and colleagues I work with to help me grow to where I am today.
I go to nearby restaurants and trendy shops with my friends and staff to learn a lot.
When I still had no confidence in grilling yakitori, a customer told me that it was the most delicious thing they had ever eaten. That feeling is still important to me today.
Being able to gain a variety of experiences and learn things both inside and outside the company.
Above all, your skills will improve rapidly! It's a workplace where you can express your opinions regardless of your age or length of service, and if you're motivated, you'll be entrusted with work, which will help you gain confidence.
Of course, there will be times when the work is tough and you get tired of it, but because it is a job that requires skills and experience, there is a lot to gain. It is natural that you will have no confidence or skills at first, and I believe that everyone will help each other, so please jump in with confidence!!
