A big annual event! Synergy Night 2025 copy

On February 25th, 2025, approximately 150 employees and part-time workers gathered at Synergy Night 2025!

It's a time to thank everyone for their hard work over the year and to deepen friendships, and one of the things to look forward to is seeing faces that you don't get to see during work hours.

The highlight of the event were the Newcomer Award, given to new recruits who had been with the company for less than a year, and the Best Value Award, given to the person who best exemplifies our values. These awards were presented to both full-time employees and part-time workers.

In addition, the graduates who were leaving their part-time jobs at the same time as graduating from university presented their appreciation awards to the store managers. Many of the awards were unique and showed the individuality of the graduates and their relationship with the store managers! It was a very moving experience.

This year's Best Store Management Award went to Manager Ogura of "Sumi to Soba Nayuta"! Congratulations!
