




At Synergy Cafe, we want to ensure that the hard work that each staff member puts in every day is recognized (and that this is reflected in their job titles and salaries).
We hold interviews approximately once every two months to avoid situations where employees are motivated but don't know what they need to work hard on in order to be recognized or what they should work hard toward, or where they feel that their efforts are not being rewarded and lose motivation.

















To eliminate dissatisfaction among staff members due to discrepancies between the company's evaluation and their self-evaluation, and to enable employees to work with a sense of satisfaction, we have created and use our own unique work evaluation sheet that does not leave the evaluation criteria unclear. We also set aside time for communication with each staff member and for us to understand each other.
